This is what the US NATO commander testified to Congress on 27 April:
"The Russian army operating in Ukraine today is larger than when the Kremlin launched its invasion in February 2022"
"Russia has only lost one warship and about 80 fighters and tactical bombers in an air fleet numbering about 1,000 so far in the war"

The situation is getting bad for you guys. Even the NATO commander has converted to Putinism and now recites TASS talking points.

What you don’t mention is that using those planes within 10-150km of the front is highly dangerous. And they will not unless they want to lose their airforce.
Look at the two top of the line jets - SU-35, & Su-34 - along with 2 of Russia’s best and most expensive helicopters packing even more expensive jamming gear that went down over Bryansk, Russia after flying a predictable route by a MiG-29 and a SU-24 with long range missiles.
Their ships cannot enter the fray other than those mostly harmless ones in the Black Sea.
As far as their troops go, by watching videos of front line combat, you will learn the only Russian troop that beats a Wagner running away is an regular troop.
