BREAKING: E. Jean Carroll and her lawyer admit on CNN that they worked with New York Democrats to pass a law allowing people to sue for a sexual assault case outside of the 20 year window.
“Well, E. Jean actually helped to get that law passed. It passed last year. Uh we filed.… pic.twitter.com/aX6QVWDWjV

This is interesting. Her attorney admitted on national television that E. Jean Carroll actively participated in advocating for the passage of the law, which ultimately allowed her to file a case against Trump in November, mere days after he announced his presidential campaign. It’s also worth noting here that that lawsuit was reportedly funded by billionaire Democrat donor Reid Hoffman.
So not only was the civil suit a politically motivated attack, but it was also an attack that required an act of the Democrat-controlled New York State legislature and the Democrat governor of New York to make it possible. Does that sit well with you? Just how corrupt is this conspiracy to get Trump? Among other things, we’ve seen the Russian collusion hoax, two impeachments, the bogus Bragg case, and now this.
Interesting that the law expires after one year.
Whatever factors led to an adult woman not reporting a sexual assault years ago are still in play today.
The law has the potential to take a great deal of court time with cases that are very much he said she said and don’t lend themselves to clear verdicts. Then come the appeals afterward. So the powers that be don’t want it going on forever.
I hope the rest of the gold-digging bitch’s life is a living hell.
If true, I’d think a constitutional issue would be raised here.
Total scam, simply meant to disturb some suburban women.
If laws can be passed to take effect retroactively, then, there is nothing that prevents anybody from pursuing lawsuits as far back as the beginning of history.
What was ‘lawful’ or that there were no laws that applied, can become unlawful in the future, if the need arises.
That kind of law should never be used to be applied to something that wasn’t wrong in the past, even if the law might have been called for in the past.
“if you’ve ever had a bad meal in a restaurant, now you can sue no matter how long ago you ate it! Or if you’ve ever had Bad service in a restaurant, now you can sue no matter how long ago you suffered!”
Perchance the cnn townhall was arranged/timed to be a trap afterward. Or could be a coincidence. If it was a trap it backfired.
You are right on the scheme, Reid Hoffman and the democrat party in NY engineered and paid for this scam to stop Trump.
They bought the Legislature, the Governor and the Judge with Reid’s unlimited funding.
Judge’s name is Lewis Kaplan, a grad of Harvard, and Carroll’s attorney is Roberta Kaplan, also a Harvard Grad.
If that doesn’t stink to high Heaven I don’t know what does. New York is corrupt as any democrat city could be.
Absolutely terrible.
That we don’t have anyone on our side that is willing to fight this dirty.
It seems to me that a law like this should not be retroactive to 30 years prior???
Wouldn’t this qualify as a Bill of Attainer?...
Highly illegal.
But, it will take years to work it’s way through the court system.
This has to be unconstitutional.
“Ex post facto laws are expressly forbidden by the United States Constitution in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3 (with respect to federal laws) and Article 1, Section 10 (with respect to state laws).”
Trump is suing the ’Nut Job’ her 5 million will disappear faster then a glass of water in death valley in July once her lawyer gets to help her.
Constitutional issues aside
The point of this is
The smear
The headline
The talking point
The appeal should go to Trump and she should be made to pay all court costs for this frivolous fake lawsuit.
