The Uighurs speak Mandarin. They aren't treated well in spite of fluency. China wants our land and resources. They don't intend to share with anyone but Han Chinese. If you're not Han, you're targeted for extermination. Long standing Chinese military doctrine. China is short on resources and needs to move 400 million Chinese to North America. If they don't move, they die for lack of resources. If they die in battle trying to take North America, it's a tolerable cost to solve the problem.
