Joe Biden has finalized Trump-style plans like the one he decried in 2020 to stop illegal migrants flooding into the U.S less than 48 hours before Title 42 expires - and as thousands more are seen streaming across the border from Mexico.
The hastily arranged policy, as seen by CBS News, is almost identical to laws which had been introduced by the Trump administration requiring migrants to request refugee status in another country, such as Mexico, during their journey to the southern border - but before crossing into the States.
Those who fail to follow the criteria are liable to be deported as quickly as they came.
It comes as unauthorized border crossings have already spiked, with Border Patrol averaging over 8,700 daily migrant apprehensions during a recent three-day period, a significant increase from the 5,200 average in March.
The sudden policy reversal appears to have been made in response to the images of thousand of desperate migrants that are now swarming across the border before the change in the law later this week.
Video shot along the Mexican border at Matamoros which neighbors Brownsville, Texas, shows hundreds of people taking their lives in their hands as they cross the Rio Grande.

The current flood of illegals, BEFORE Title 42 ends, adds up to over 3 million per year (reported to be 3.1 million). That’s essentially the entire population of the San Diego metro area every year, and that number only includes the ones that were “apprehended” and released into the country. It doesn’t include all of those who avoided detection. Now imagine how much worse it will be when Title 42 expires.
No wonder the rats are now trying to find a way to slow it down (only temporarily). Their intentional plan to inundate the U.S. with third world refuse to break the country (to make it easier to replace it with a Marxist/globalist “utopia”) and to flood it with future new dem voters, has been too successful. It’s been so successful that the result is starting to scare even some of their own voters, thus they need to pretend to be tough for a while to lull everyone back to sleep.

I’m sticking with my numbers, which started out at something on the order of twenty million prior to the year 2000.
Some could say those twenty, were generally worth having though illegal.
Since then except for the Trump years and various slowdowns, in twenty two years of virtual free flow, not just through the Southern border but quasi legal means of taking in “refugees”, we might just be exceeding fifty million as a realistic yet conservative number. That is a very large army difficult to hide and not nearly as acceptable as in the past.

So you’ve created a tidal wave of human cargo, who have all paid the drug cartels to let them across the border, and then you’re suddenly, out of nowhere, going to turn them away? Be under no illusion whatsoever—the Mexico ? US border is very much under control, under rigid, ruthless, and unforgiving control—by the Mexican cartels. NO ONE CROSSES THAT BORDER WITHOUT THEIR APPROVAL, and without their being well paid. And I’m going to be that they are not in the business of giving refunds.

This is a total lie. The border patrol has just released about 3,000 detainees with criminal records into the public. They are holding around 21,000 detainees at present. About the number that just run through the El Paso crossing in a week. The 1500 troops going to the border are just there to quickly process people and then turn them loose on the public.
