The legal system in the USA is dead. If you’re considered a political enemy you will not get a fair trial in any democratically controlled jurisdiction. You’ll automatically be assumed guilty, but still forced to sit through a show trial.
Yes. Juries have often been a questionable factor when it came to these types of lawsuits. They tended to punish deep pockets, and it appears that they have done so again. Now, it appears that political philosophy is going to be a factor in certain jurisdictions, which means Trump was having to play with a stacked deck from the outset.

I have been posting ad nauseum (I’m even sick of myself at this point)…The United States is a fascist society controlled by a fascist government.
What needs to happen to the United States is exactly what happened to fascist countries in the mid-20th century.
