No, it won't. We may get to the point in the US where such a thing will happen, but we're not there yet. This would be a clear, blatant First Amendment violation.

lol...yeah - government thinking it can just give itself powers it doesn’t have. If the SC upholds this then we’ve a real problem. Until then, this is just idiots in government that need to be put in check - with a ruling of unconstitutional.
