Reopen the mental hospitals closed in he 1970s. When they were closed, within a short time mass killings too off.
The state psych hospitals should be open again. But, this time, the patients should be kept on the grounds. (In the 70’s, patients were settled in apartments near the hospital and treated as outpatients, which caused problems in the local communities.)
Agreed. There are many people in countries south of the border, who are anti-Jewish and anti-black. Looks like Mauricio was one of them, but he was nuts, too. Too crazy to be on the loose and too crazy to be armed.
There are also Americans of Mexican descent who have always lived closer to and socialized with Anglos. That’s how they identify themselves. But yeah, Mauricio was too mentally ill to live outside of an institutional environment.
