That indicates a probable criminal record.
That means he could not lawfully own, purchase, or possess an AR-15.
I carry whenever I can. I always say a little prayer before I go out, that I won’t be in a predicament where I have to draw my weapon. So far, so good.

My grandparents moved here when they were adults and by gosh, they learned English pretty well. AS ADULTS.
There is NO excuse for moving to another country and NOT earning the language well enough to communicate in it.
I met a guy once who was an EMT in the NYC area and often they were first on the scene of an incident and everyone would be speaking pretty fluent English, until LE showed up hen it was *No hablo Ingles* and the police would have to call in for an interpreter.
Anyone not hear legally needs to be given a one way ticket back to the country of origin and told to apply legally and shipped out immediately, no questions asked.
That would be typical cartel m.o. to dress it up like just a random shooting. They care no more about the collateral damage than the kid’s lives they ruin with narcotic sales.
