When asked if he thought his life-saving efforts made any difference Spainhouer said he wasn’t sure, since three people he had tried to help died.

It is necessary to formulate a catalogue of all the mass shootings and vehicle killings of the past five years. On one side list the victims and a brief biography of their interrupted lives. On the other side list the killers. Identify them by race, ethnicity, religion, political leanings, police records and drug use. Then and only then will Americans be able to truly understand the what and why of what is happening to their country.
Since they haven’t instantly stated that the motive was “racism” it’s safe to assume that the shooter was a minority, and the victims are either white or minority. Allen TX itself is about 50-50 white-minority.

They won’t take our guns away just yet, but they may scare enough dumb voters into reelecting the demented one next year. I expect more and more mass shootings of this type going forward. This issue, and unlimited abortion of course, will be front and center, and the Republican candidate will be smeared as an evil man who hates women and wants your kids killed at the mall.
The Revolution needs more time before they can take our last line of defense away.
I dont know much more than you do, but I know the killer was wearing a tactical vest and could aim a pistol well from a distance which implies training. My guess is this is a white shooter.

Victims may have been mostly hispanic, shooter wearing tactical vest... I am guessing white.
Someone in another thread here said the area/mall was heavily Indian (subcontinent). If so, likely so were some of his victims.
