The rationale offered is that cooperating with the Net Zero agenda will buy some time for traditional energy producers. I understand that there is pressure concerning quarterly financial disclosures, but appeasement will only end one way. The time is coming when your upcoming quarterly financial reports will be your last. Efforts to go along to get along will not be enough
It's best to spend that money not trying to appease the perpetually outraged and instead spend that money trying to win the battle in public and in court.

IMHO we should keep this in mind with Brandon's new nationwide mandate to force all power plants to push their carbon into the ground. Many power plants will do so, make large PR announcements about how friendly they are to the environment and such, and spend gazillions doing it. Only for the EPA to deny them the permit to dispose of their ash anyway.

IMHO devastation of the aquifer is about to commence. The left was all about “protecting” the aquifer when they thought they could win the battle against fracking. Now they want to pump power plant emissions into the ground. These people are morons.
We ought to borrow the line from the British nationalists: The only Net Zero we need is net zero immigration.
