Gutless.
Did we really think they would be courageous?
Would it not fall under the jurisdiction of the states
Unborn child killing (and born child killing is not far behind) are as American as apple pie. The Court isn’t going to change that, but it has returned child killing to the states to decide, for which it should be commended.
What exactly is the rationale for wanting to disallow the sale of this drug?
Do we know :
1. Is this just a procedural ruling, while other legal actions proceed?
2. Are there legal issues having nothing to do with abortion, such as the established procedures for FDA approval of drugs that are involved here?
I know we were supposed to say this is outrageous, because we’re against abortion, but is there more to this ruling than whether you are in favor of or oppose abortion?
I don’t know the answer to these questions I noted here which is why I’m asking. And the point being this ruling today may well not be the last word on this subject.
Completely safe and effective....for these babies....right, FDA/SCOTUS???
😡
Ironically, they said ‘we’ couldn’t use hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin ‘off-label’ to treat SARS-CoV-2 and save life, but the left sees fit to do just that with the other drug making headlines, Misoprostol, to TAKE life.
Trump’s three picks, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett might as well been picked by Jeb Bush
A legally correct decision.
The judge in Amarillo was way out of his lane, and the lane of the courts.
This issue falls under the states not the feds.
“The decision from the conservative court..”
I get so tired of hearing this propaganda from the corrupt media. This court hat two conservatives, three radical leftists and four wishy washy justices. That does not a conservative court make.
The losses keep piling up.
Bet it Roberts, he’s the worst.
