Do we know :
1. Is this just a procedural ruling, while other legal actions proceed?
2. Are there legal issues having nothing to do with abortion, such as the established procedures for FDA approval of drugs that are involved here?
I know we were supposed to say this is outrageous, because we’re against abortion, but is there more to this ruling than whether you are in favor of or oppose abortion?
I don’t know the answer to these questions I noted here which is why I’m asking. And the point being this ruling today may well not be the last word on this subject.
It overrules the TX judge and allows the lawsuits to continue and the drug is legal/available while the court cases work their way thru the courts.
