You could just as easily say that prior to the tenth century much of European culture was animistic and not Christian. However, it was able to slough-off its old ways. After all, cultures can and do adapt. Indeed, the Black community was once as solid as the White. However, thanks to Lyndon Johnson and the Democrat Party, I would say that the lack of a coherent Black family leads to immoral and unethical activity in its youth. And that destructive activity is approved by its leaders; e.g., Alvin Bragg.
