I prefer a clear plastic Bic pen with the ink tube removed and the end broken off so it’s jagged. Sold in most stores for under a buck, no background check required, allowed in schools, courthouses, banks, and on airplanes, TSA approved.
Stuck in the jugular it could drain a body of blood quickly.
Everything is dangerous if used that way.
If you miss the jugular and hit an eye, it pretty much drains the fight out of someone; too.
