Not a doubt in my mind these voting machines are crooked, and switch votes. The very fact that they CAN allocate percentages proves it. There is no legitimate reason for .87% of a vote to be allocated. Also they are based in Canada, but Canada don’t use them. This was to insulate them from us investigations. Last, the democrats support them tooth and nail. That because they are honest? Bullcrap.

The vote-counting machines probably worked just fine. It's just that they were counting many -- probably several million -- ballots that had been cast fraudulently. That's why none of the results changed even with multiple independently conducted recounts.

I've been saying this since November 2020. It's amazing how many people are too dull to figure this out even more than two years later -- while they're still waiting for Sidney Powell to release her stupid "Kracken."

The machines are designed to handle multiple different election systems.

Under the Single Transferable vote system https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_transferable_vote you can have fractional votes. “Under some systems, the vote is apportioned fractionally to different candidates”
