I just got back from vacation to Miramar Florida…well “workcation” I should say. I don’t have much to say about Miramar, it mostly upper Middle income (some rich), traditional ethnic Americans resort so safe, quiet seaside town.
However I drove straight through Montgomery which I think now is rated at the 9 percentile of most dangerous places to live in the USA, in other words 91% of places you could find to live in the USA is more safe.
It’s also less than a hours drive from the mass shooting this thread is about.
So while the wife took over driving I looked up a few website on the city and came across this little gem: 7 Thing to Know Before Moving to Montgomery.
https://uphomes.com/blog/moving-to-montgomery-al/
It did mention the lethal rates of crime but GET THIS it explained the cause if this phenomenon as follows:
“The crime here in this city is a bit higher than the average due to its location.”
😂🤣💩
OK got it everyone? Its LOCATION is why it’s a dangerous place. Just at that spot 32.3792° N, 86.3077° W the VERY GROUND is EVIL…EEEVULLLL!👹.
It has nothing to do with the ethnicity, the amount of single father homes, Democratic control, the drug rate or anything else. Its location. Perhaps evil spirits in an Indian burial ground?
Do they even believe their own bull💩 lies???
Hmmmm....so the three most important things in real estate...location, location, location...all argue against moving to Montgomery. What are the other six things to know?
