in actual fact, Russia did not interefere, and instead carefully waited outside Warsaw while the Nazis were putting down the Warsaw Ghetto uprising, and ONLY THEN, after the Nazis had already eliminated most of the resistance, did they move in to "liberate" Warsaw ... and then plunged Poland and every other Eastern European country into a 40-year Soviet-controlled occupation hell that was as bad or worse as the Nazis

You’re absolutely correct about the Soviets waiting while Polish resistance in Warsaw was destroyed by the Nazis, but that occurred in 1944, while the Warsaw ghetto uprising happened in 1943.

I think your timeline is off a bit.
The Warsaw Ghetto uprising was April 1943. The Soviets didn’t liberate Warsaw and advance through Poland until early 1945. So the Soviets were not in Warsaw in April 1943 to wait for the Germans to eliminate the ghetto.
