I’ve been involved in lawsuit settlements before- i’d be shocked if they are able to say anything about any amount received. Nick Sandmann was not able to say how much he received from the media outlets that defamed him.
I’d also be shocked if Fox settled for almost $800 million.

So Fox decided to NOT have discovery and TRYING to prove the election was stolen, it would have cost a hell of a lot LESS than 787 million to fight this SCREW FOX, WHAT SCUM THEY ARE!! They also SHUT DOWN the Tucker tapes SHOWING the TRUTH to the American people PROTECTING the FBI, and Antifa SPIT!! That network used to be on my TV 24/7, 365 every damn rerun through the day until Nov 4, 2020!! It was a cash transfer to Dominion to launder and send it back clean. This is going on all over the world. Ukraine got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. The oligarchs weren’t happy, State Department wasn’t happy so something had to be shaken up. Pump a half trillion into Ukraine, clean it, send it back out and everyone takes a cut. At the expense of how many human lives?
I don’t know what kind of circus you were looking for. I imagine it would have been interesting to see the execs and on-air personalities testify.
Before the trial started, judge gave parial summary judgment on “falsity.” There was going to be no argument made in the courtroom that the claims regarding Dominion Machines were true.
The only thing left for the jury to decide was “actual malice” (whether or not Fox was aware that the claims were untrue), and damages.
This isn’t over for Fox yet. They still have to deal with a similar case from Smartmatic.
