EXCLUSIVE: CVS Health's "gender transition guidelines" for employees requires workers to address people by their preferred pronouns and names and that they may use whichever restroom or locker room they wish regardless of whether the individual identifies as transgender.
In the guidelines obtained exclusively by FOX Business, employees are told they may be entitled to a medical leave of absence "under the Family and Medical Leave Act, state law, and/or CVS Health policy." Transitioning employees are asked to tell their immediate leaders about their transition so the company "can provide support and to make your transition as smooth as possible."
"You may also wish to have appropriate medical care to support your transition, including treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery," the guide states.
"During and after the transition has occurred, CVS Health encourages you to continue to partner with your Leader and your Advice & Counsel representative, and to immediately report any issues that you might have with your employment, your work environment, and/or your Leader, co-workers, clients, and customers," it continues.
In a section titled, "Guidelines for Supporting a Colleague who is Transitioning," the guide encourages employees to be an ally by asking colleagues to let them know if they say or do anything that makes them uncomfortable. It also urges employees to not make assumptions about a person's gender.
It says employees should become an ally to make a positive impact on a co-worker's life, become an inclusive leader, champion and celebrate all aspects of diversity and to show compliance with the CVS Health Equal Employment, Affirmative Action, AntiDiscrimination, Anti-Harassment, and Anti-Retaliation Policy.

Well, of course, CVS says its employees have to cater to the whims of gender transitioners.
Pharmacies are making the big bucks pushing gender transition drugs: hormones, puberty suppressors, etc., etc. Many of those drugs are high margin brand-name on-patent drugs.
Delusions are now required thought compliance.
Demonic fascism on a collision course with religious liberty.
Next we’ll have employers requiring employees to vote a certain way.
There is some significant and serious mass hysteria being played out by mentally unbalanced people.
When addressing someone, the pronoun is ‘you.’ The other ones are used when talking about someone. In those cases, it is always safe to use their name.
CVS management is demonically evil.
MANigment? Sounds like queerigment.
CVS is a terrible company. Wife tried to get a prescription filled there recently. Nothing but lazy employees and it took three days.
I recently spent an hour with a trans-woman (fake)-woman in a parts house. My future business will be with O’Reilly’s which is “manned” entirely by women.
Here’s my problem. The store had the trans woman manager and a genuine woman behind the counter. The obvious tension on the part of the trans towards the real made me very uncomfortable. The woman was pleasant and interactive with the customers and the trans woman called her unprofessional for laughing at a customer’s joke. The trans woman was entirely humorless and borderline unpleasant.
If you go to CVS, stay the hell out of the bathrooms. No telling what the hell you’re going to run into in there.
I’ll use Walgreens, just like I switched from Bud Lite.
Needs a legislative remedy. Republicans — are you awake?
CVS is closing all their stores around here. No reason to go in there anymore anyway. The grocery store pharmacy has most of it covered, and other big-box stores cover the rest.
Great. From now on my preferred pronoun is Master or Massa depending on my mood!!
Same here. I used to go to CVS a lot. Not anymore. I’ll go to Walgreens.
If I had to work with such an employer, I would just construct my sentences to avoid the third person altogether. In direct discourse 2nd person is normally used anyway, and when discussing a customer with a co-worker, I could just say “the customer with the beard and mini-skirt” or whatever.
That happened to me years ago. I went to work at a Church’s Chicken. After my experience, I will never ever eat at a Church’s Chicken again. I worked the late shift and the manager (black guy) let all the black employees sit down and have something to eat (left-overs) and us white employees had to do ALL the clean up of equipment, dishes, floors and everything for “closing” while the blacks just sat there, ate and told us what to do. The policy of the franchise was that everyone left at the same time after closing. This was every single night. I quit when the manager accused me of taking money from the till in which I didn’t even work from. And yes, I was the only white person on that night.
Walgreen's is not much better. I shop at a couple of their store in my city and have seen at least 2 crossdressers behind the counter. They looked like cheap clowns.
True. But watch one of these degenerates demand that first-person pronouns are no longer acceptable.
