And there is still hours to go in the weekend. My question is whether Chicago is importing more criminals? Because after years of the weekly high death numbers (and these are just from gun shootings), you would think that the number of criminals would be reduced somewhat. However, maybe they are taking out too many bucks when they should be reducing the number of does.
