Putin is using a fraction of his resources. If he really wanted to, the entirety of Ukraine would have been under his command in March of last year.

On March 1st of that year (2022) Col. Douglas Macgregor did proclaim “So this is a — this is the beginning, frankly of the end of Ukrainian resistance.”
