Rand Paul, until he failed to gain any momentum and then I backed Trump enthusiastically.

Rand Paul? He had a snowball’s chance in hell in 2016. He certainly wasn’t the worst, but he’s basically a libertarian.

I like Rand Paul, but he would not be a good president. Presidents need to be pragmatic, something Rand Paul isn’t.
