How about following traffic laws so the police have no reason to pull you over?
Many newer cars have tinted windows so the cops can’t even see who is driving when they pull the car over, let alone the race of the driver.

If the Feds get into traffic law, then they need to make it equalized accross all states. In Illinois there are traffic cops everywhere, Speed Traps everywhere. Many of us got many tickets.
Here in GA, traffic enforcement is rarelt seen. Illinois is a Police State...so to speak. Georgia is FREE and not a Police State ... relatively speaking.
My daughters drive between IL and GA. In a short time in IL they get far more tickets than GA where they have spent most of the past 8 years.
But IL does issue tickets based on color...or so it seems. When I drove a red dodge and a bright purple Ford Ranger I got many tickets... especially for no seat belt. Radar cops would stop me and claim that going the opposite way on Hwy 47 or I55 they could see that I was not wearing my belt.
When I drove the beige, white and black cars they did not stop me or give me tickets.
So tickets do seem to be issued based on color.
