Comer: GOP Prosecutors Now Looking at Possible Biden Prosecutions

Once you open a door, don’t be surprised if it swings back and hits you right in the kisser.

That’s what the Democrats have done, with this desperate play of going after former President Donald Trump. They’re throwing anything against the wall that they can in their political attempt to get him, impair his campaign, and impair the Republicans from taking back power in 2024.

However the thing is when you throw the rules under the bus, then you expose yourself as well. Among the problems with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s case is that he has failed to state the underlying crime on which these charges are based, which raises another issue for dismissal, in addition to other legal issues. However the assumed reason has been it is going to be based on an alleged underlying federal election crime, which is not something you can charge in a state court. In any event, this is the first president to have to face this action by political opponents.

Now, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) is reporting that there are Republican prosecutors already thinking along these same lines. At least two local Republican prosecutors are looking into how they can charge Joe Biden and members of his family, now that the Democrats have thrown down that gauntlet via Bragg.

it would seem that Brandon has infinitely more actual vulnerability to criminal prosecution than does PDJT.

Let’s watch as court after court declares that the prosecution “has no standing” to bring any action against him.

For a President, isn’t the mechanism impeachment or can it be criminal court.

I heard Charlie Kirk tell Kash Patel that he has talked with a number of state Republican AG’s and not one was interested in bringing any type of charges. He said they told him, “We don’t do that type of thing”, meaning Tepublicans and “This too shall pass”—meaning, no.

Un-serious.

Even if they have the legal authority, no judge will approve it, and the Democratic Party and the MSM will destroy any prosecutor who even tries to bring a charge.

Fools were so slow it now can be criticized for being revenge of the banana republic GOP.

And look at the “reward” for being good little boys and girls and not hurting Hillary and looking political.

Our side is being destroyed. Trump and today SCOTUS Justice Thomas being targeted. They have no shame.

For a President, isn’t the mechanism impeachment or can it be criminal court. Can a sitting President be indicted and arrested? Not a likely scenario.

Yes-Impeachment is the accepted prosecutorial approach to charging a sitting President.

The current House will be facing demands that Biden be impeached for a number of Presidential illegalities. Even RINOs like Mitt Romney are incensed by the arrest of President Trump--and emotions are running at fever pitch in the political arena.

Since the Biden camp managed to impeach President Trump twice, the new Republican House will be setting up to impeach Biden thrice: (1)Biden's failed Afghanistan withdrawal that cost the lives of American servicemen and illegally surrendered billions in military equipment to the Taliban;(2) the Constitutionally illegal student loan cancellation by Biden as head of the Executive Branch;(3) the illegal drawdown of the Strategic Oil Reserves for political non-emergency reasons.

The recent discovery of Biden's classified documents hidden in Chinatown may also form an impeachment charge of Biden's involvement with his son, Hunter, in supplying China with American strategic classified information for cash.

Today's obvious bogus blame-calling is only the beginning of the Biden White House seeking to forestall the Impeachments that they know full well--especially after the arrest of President Trump--are looming on the near horizon

There’s a hell of a lot of evidence against Joe, just sitting there, waiting to be used in court.

They don’t need to be “looking”, they need to be doing. There are several researchers, authors, and reporters who have documented the corruption of the Bidens, Clintons, Obamas and several other democrat families over the years. They have the hard evidence. Peter Schweizter(sp?) has written books on the subject. Start by speaking to him.

Hit them harder, and go after Obama Gun Running. You have laws broken, murder, and assisting cartels. Enough to put their King in jail for life.

Theh still have to find out if there was bribery, abuse of power, perhaps treason to aid the interests of foreign powers at the expense of American interests. There’s lots to look at.
