I would only have a problem with this if Thomas presided over cases involving the billionaire. He did not. Hence, I don’t care. There is no legal or ethical violation. In fact, new regulations were just promulgated in March of this year clarifying that private jet trips now have to be disclosed.

were treated to lavish vacations, yacht cruises, I think it's bull shit. The Thomas' idea of vacation is hopping in their mobile home and cruising the country. One of my wishes has always been to run into them at a camp ground somewhere and spend the evening talking around a camp fire......

The optics are bad but I wish someone would post a definitive legal opinion on whether there is any here here.
