So according to them , that an eliminates people such as Nikki Haley, Ted Cruz , and Marco Rubio from running for president.

I detested Edward (Ted) Kennedy, but he did President Reagan a great service by running against Carter for the 1980 Demorat nomination.
I disagree. Dems want to win as much or more than Rs. Kennedy would have much more public appeal than the doddering Biden.
