House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has issued a warning to the Biden family after speaking with two Republican county attorneys.
Comer revealed that the two prosecutors were asking him for “ways they can go after the Bidens” following President Donald Trump’s arrest in New York City on Tuesday.
He said: “We’re going to be having a call with McCarthy later this week, Jim Jordan and myself. And we’re going to try to figure out a path moving forward. This is very serious. Alvin Bragg doesn’t even know where his funding comes from, but he gets federal funding and that’s where it falls into the jurisdiction of the House Oversight Committee.
“The weaponization of his office is how it falls into both the Judiciary Committee and the Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Department of Justice. So we’re, we’re not going to stop on this.
“Nothing changed. We believe that he’s overstepped.
“The fact that I’m sitting here watching what happened to Donald Trump yesterday, knowing what all the Bidens have been engaged in and the shenanigans and the bank violations that we’re privy to right now at the Treasury Cabinet.
“Where the banks pointed out all of the potential money laundering and they, the banks couldn’t explain all the different transfers and all the different LLCs…

Once you get get players lined up. In court on record, under oath. And establish Hunter GOT money, and presumably did not report it.
Then that could open the flood gates to more locations and more prosecutions?

How soon will “Team Mitch” call these two DAs and threaten them with death? Maybe an exaggeration, but not by much. Certainly the death of their careers..
Hit them with the charges without warning. Otherwise these are just threats which will have no action.

The difference will be that the Biden’s crimes are more serious, numerous and easier to prove.
Defeatism = closet Democrats
I called this the day the indictments were leaked. In their zeal to “get” President Trump, they set down precedent that will hurt them FAR more than it hurts republicans, and there’s no way they can erase what they put down.
Can thy go after Slick Willis and Cankles? You bet. Can they go after Obama for his campaign finance violations? Damn skippy.
The good news, as I said, will be that campaign law violations will start to be taken as seriously as a shooter in a Tennessee church. And many democrats will fall.
Will some in the GOP get bit? Sadly yes, but if we’re to take the moral high ground, we need to clean our own party as well.
I don’t have a problem with the announcement. Bragg and James announced their intentions ahead of time. My problem is with the inevitable lack of follow-through. Democrat politicians should be afraid to even jaywalk in a red state.
File this under, GOP is all talk and no action.
