You can presume that letter is fake. “Stormy Daniels” isn’t even her real name, so it’s ludicrous to think she’s sign an official statement that way.

She has admitted to signing it but said she felt “pressured” to do so. She also publicly stated in 2018 that the affair never happened while on a publicity tour.
Anderson Cooper interviewed her and this letter/statement was a part of the interview. He did not seem to believe her explanation of why she signed this statement.
