I think it's a forgone conclusion.... GUILTY.!

Please be aware the jury will have all far left voters who won't care about the fair application of the law or even if the charges make sense. They will want to convict - period.
This is very similar to the recently concluded trial in DC of Michael Sussman, who was charged by the special counsel of lying in the whole Russiagate scam. He was clearly guilty but was acquitted since all the jurors were democrats. One of the jurors was quoted as saying, "There may have been something there, but there are more important issues facing the country right now than this." So there you go.
