I wonder if he could file a lawsuit against the FBI and DOJ for false imprisonment considering evidence that was withheld from him.
Can individual FBI be sued, charging they went rogue or acted in a nefarious manner, and thus making them have to defend themselves in court as it wouldn’t be a lawsuit directed at the FBI itself?
