Can individual FBI be sued, charging they went rogue or acted in a nefarious manner, and thus making them have to defend themselves in court as it wouldn’t be a lawsuit directed at the FBI itself?
I don’t really know, I think it’s a great question to ask, perhaps a few attorneys would like to take a shot at this case.
