He was saying the jury is so tinted and so scared that they are being frighten into being unfair verdicts in any case. He’s saying law colleges, professional lawyers etc…are trampling on the constitution because of fear. The left has done an awesome job of placing fear in judges, lawyers, etc. who will be ostracized from top positions etc. etc. This folks is what we have come down to now. That interview with Dersh was very good. I’m going to have to watch it again since I had a few interruptions while it was on. His daughter was so harassed that she considered changing her last name — just because of TDS of acquaintances of hers. That’s just shameful.
