"It is believed that Bragg is considering slapping Trump with charges related to the falsifying of business records, or bookkeeping fraud, over the $130,000 in hush money allegedly paid to Daniels..."
Andrew McCarthy, former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York says if Bragg is trying to prove the falsifying of business records to cover the Stormy Daniels payment, that the statute for a felony crime of falsification is five years, while a misdemeanor expires after only two." Which means 2016 + 5 years = 2021. F*ck off Alvin.

I hope he’s not arrested.
God knows after our side watched statues fall and coups be allowed, he can’t count on folks on the right to rise up and protect him.

That’s always been my big question. Who is creating the new statue of limitations? The left is lawless. But, stupid and lawless is a bad situation even for them.

I heard part of a discussion yesterday on the statute of limitations. IIRC it was said that the “clock” is paused if the target leaves the jurisdiction in order to avoid prosecution. But the response I heard was “Trump didn't leave NY to avoid prosecution,he left to become the President of the United States”
