The bill does not REQUIRE the government ‘to declassify info on COVID-19 origins’. It allows the Deep State to withhold anything it wants to withhold. Does anyone really think Biden will release anything that goes against his narrative?

FBI agent Vince Lisi categorically stated that he was "absolutely positive" that Bruce Ivins perpetrated the anthrax attacks. They - 'they' being others involved in the investigation - also conceded it was totally a circumstantial case.
Presented as motive - aside from his apparent hatred for NYC - was his aversion to wasting a career on an anthrax vaccine...for which he was presented the Exceptional Civilian Service Award on March 14, 2003 - the highest award from the Army for a civilian - for his work on the vaccine.

I can't help but believe that Xiden signing this isn't all part of the obfuscation of this virus having been created in our own labs, or at a minimum created using NIH funding, that 'conspiracy theory' reports about pre-pandemic patents are all true (or at a minimum pre-pandemic mRNA 'vaccine' work), that 'operation warp speed' was a sham (from one or more biotech firms) which - to an unwitting Trump - facilitated this live test of 'Event 201' in promotion of conditions pursuant to 'the great reset'.
In fact, this bill reads as follows (reported by WaCompost):

In fact, this legislation reads more like reinforcement to a carefully crafted narrative and absolves EVERYTHING ELSE about the plandemic response.
Factoid: They expended FANTASTIC ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE greater resources investigating a mere 5 anthrax deaths vs. the causes of the 'reported' 1,121,512 pandemic deaths.
But why would they ever expend resources to investigate questions for which they already had all the answers?
