There was a madman at a community college in Oregon in 2015 with an AR style rifle, numerous handguns, body armor and a bunch of ammo. Two cops (detectives?) were in the area when the call came in. They ditched protocol to don their protective gear and get their rifles out of the trunk and wait for back up as they arrived at the school and could hear the shots.
They drove up to the sounds of the shots instead of waiting in a safe area for reinforcements. As they raced to the door the madman shot at them and they returned fire. The guy ran back inside and shortly thereafter killed himself.
Prior to their arrival a student (a vet, just back from overseas) blocked the class room door (using his body). The student was shot several times point-blank but survived and healed up. The madman did not gain entry to the class.
Imagine if a few cops out of the dozens that showed up in Texas were like these guys!

It’s modeled after the Afghan flag, from the looks of it. Probably an in-country souvenir.
If he had a Ruger, the kids would still be alive, but there's a chance the side of a barn might have a bullet hole in it somewhere.

You can get the mini-14 with a 20 round mag.
The point being AR-15 which is MSM scary “black” rifle and apparently scary to the Uvalde police.
The Ruger could do the same thing but it’s not black nor the infamous made up “assault rifle” name.
You can get the tactical version in black if you want but that would make it scary.

Cowardice plain & simple! The cops were trained arme &armored with vests & ballistic shields. They stood around while listening to children be murdered!
The city of Uvalde will forever be known for the cowardice of it’s various police departments.
