How can you get $4,300 from an ATM? My ATM allows a max of $300 per withdrawal and (I think) a max of two withdrawals per day.
Something does not add up.
It depends on the limits within your banking plan.
My ATM card allows $5000 daily withdrawals.

As does mine, I don’t remember when they upped the amount but at one time the max was $200. I will add I bank with a credit union, completely cut the cord with official banks several years ago. I will add the credit union prefers some advance notice for “large” withdrawals so they have enough cash on hand.
I have no experience using a credit card for cash withdrawals or what their limitations might be. Maybe the woman was using a credit card.
First thing I noticed! No ATM dispenses that much $$$
Chase Private Client accounts and Bank of America Platinum both allow from $5000-7000 cash per day from ATMs. Chase is 3k outside and 5k in branch, up to 7k if you do it online in advance.
