He grows tiresome. The threatened arrest and indictment is bogus. However Trump did pay hush money to a porn actress. “Shut up and go away.” money does not translate into “I’m guilty.” Doesn’t mean it was the best decision. Which to me is what DeSantis is commenting on. Not speculating on whether Trump was guilty but on whether he should have made the payment at all.

DeSantis evidently learned his lessons well at Harvard law. He would have been better served to take the higher road in this instance.
