Bragg could say “Sorry, can’t comment on an ongoing investigation/court proceeding.” Or just invoke the Fifth Amendment. Then what? We’re past the time for the courts or even congressional committees to fix what’s wrong.

Has Trump already announced he’s running in 2024? If not, he should do it TODAY. And if anything happens tomorrow, he needs to announce that this is CLEARLY “election interference”. You know, the kind that the FBI bent itself into pretzels trying to not be seen doing. (Hillary’s server, anything to do with Biden, etc.)
