Xi, aiding and abetting a perpetrator of war crimes
Xi, as a co-conspirator, should be labeled a world criminal himself, and arrested before he heads back to China.
China already has lots of blood on its hands, from the way they treated the Hong Kong protestors, the Uigyurs in western China, any political protestors, etc.
“birds of a feather ...”
Same could be said of the US and EU as Ukraines also guilty of war crimes.
