Former President Donald Trump, who is running for re-election in 2024, on Thursday released a video statement calling for “peace without delay” in Ukraine and for ending the “entire globalist Neo-Con establishment.”

“Every day this proxy battle in Ukraine continues, we risk global war. We must be absolutely clear that our objective is to IMMEDIATELY have a total cessation of hostilities. All shooting has to stop. This is the central issue. We need PEACE without delay,” he said in the video, according to a transcript.

#AGENDA47: President Trump on the difference between the globalist establishment class, and those who are truly committed to stopping the Ukraine war and dismantling the entire neo-con nation-building industrial complex in Washington.

His remarks expanded on those he recently gave to Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who posed six questions about Ukraine to the top declared and potential Republican 2024 presidential contenders.

In the video, Trump slammed President Joe Biden’s leadership, saying, “We have never been closer to World War III than we are today under Joe Biden.”

“A global conflict between nuclear-armed powers would mean death and destruction on a scale unmatched in human history. It would be nuclear Armageddon. NOTHING is more important than avoiding that nightmare. We will avoid it. But we need new leadership,” he said.

Trump also called for the dismantlement of the “entire globalist Neo-Con establishment that is perpetually dragging us into endless wars, pretending to fight for freedom and democracy abroad, while they turn us into a third-world country and a third-world dictatorship right here at home.”

“The State Department, the defense bureaucracy, the intelligence services, and all the rest need to be completely overhauled and

There are expected cuts to Social Security, so many would oppose paying pensions in Ukraine.

I am a big Trump supporter, FTR. And we do need leadership, but this is a lot like building the wall and making Mexico pay for it. It is a tough row to hoe, not as simple as talking abut it.

Not sending money to Ukraine is very easy. Sending them money is harder.

We have to deal with SS and Medicare. This is the purple elephant in the room. It really has little relation to our discretionary budget. Unless we decide to use discretionary funds to prop up these two behemoths. In which case, it is all over but the crying.

Nah, Ukraine is pretty much destroyed. It can’t fight even Moldova and win. Without EU and USA money, war ends instantly on Russia’s term.

Without EU and USA money, the war moves to the insurgency. Putin has been the greatest force in creating a sense of Ukrainian nationalism. This will not end with a victory parade by the Russians through Kyiv. The only way for this to end is for the Russians to go home.

Poland is sending jets now paving the way for our jets next!

We should have never been involved in the first place. Hello World War 3....not worth it!

President Xi will meet Putin in Russia next week. China has 100 times more money than Poland.

Well that would be a good strategy, let everyone know your plans ahead of time, right?

What’s the hold up? Trump can get on a plane and go to Moscow and Kyiv any time he wants. Or is Trump just running his mouth?

The difference here is we have a live shooting war in progress with hundreds of thousands already dead. Lots of people die when the US sends mixed signals and projects weakness. Brandon offering a bit of Ukraine to Putin before he invaded. Trump with his primary season gum flapping. Treating this issue as a primary season football to kick around is hugely disrespectful of those who have suffered so much already. We should all do better.

I certainly would never say- or even think - anything contrary to that point.

Ever hear of the Logan act?

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government's position.[2]

"Ending the ‘Entire Globalist Neo-Con Establishment’"

I don't think Trump means it this way, but that could be a call for bloody revolution. Because it's not just politicians doing things, it's every ruling class institution including private corporations.

Peace will come instantly in Ukraine when Biden stops borrowing money to send to Ukraine.

Why does that sound like “When Ukraine surrenders”?
