Africa’s economies have suffered forever, so, it seems that climate woes have always been affecting Africa.

But, the real climate woes in Africa, are the lack of effective leadership, and that climate will be affecting them forever.

Take any man-made crisis, and blame it on climate change. The UN is filled with climate-change shysters.
