I think when you’re young and in love, they’re uterine contractions.
In other circumstances, they’re FEAR.
When I first met my father-in-law, he wanted to show me around his Pennsylvania town. He was a card, and drove me down a steep hill with lots of humps.
I was askeered...
Ha! Crazy FIL but he must have liked you okay.
I love butterflies on a flower and in my tummy.
We miss him a lot. He grew lots of tomatoes, and would send us the first eating ones that were ripe, in July.
And often when there was a beautiful sunset, he’d call everyone to the window and say, ‘You’ll never see THAT again’.
He passed about 10 years ago...
Seems he left the gift of fond memories for taking out and admiring.
Sounds a blessing to have known him, truly.
