The game being played here is shifting AFS securities from one place to another. Is there enough to go around? How weak do it make the donor? How much does it really strengthen the receiver? How are donors compensated?
There’s constant gaslighting about the economy. How bad is it really? These are not technical problems. They are fundamental structural problems.
