California is finally lifting its mask mandate for individuals in healthcare settings, per updated guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

The department announced the changes last week, citing the end of the Golden State’s coronavirus State of Emergency, which wrapped up roughly three years after the start of the pandemic.

Not in San Francisco, though. The unelected health bureaucrat just issued an order making it an offense punishable by fines and jail time for failing to "properly wear" a mask in healthcare facilities and jails (interesting combination, that).

The charge under the city's "public nuisance" ordinance being that an unmasked person represents an "imminent threat to public health and endangers others.

Says all you need to know about the credibility of this health "expert" to privide medical advice and her breathtaking level of medical health science ignorance.

I had an appt last Tues for a physical. They handed me a mask at the door and I couldn’t come in until it was properly on.
