GILROY, Calif. - Authorities investigating the discovery of a rope resembling a noose at a Kaiser facility in Gilroy said it was not intended to be a symbol of hate, but was climbing equipment, police said.
The rope was found on the morning of Feb. 27, hanging in a tree in the parking lot of the Kaiser Medical Offices on Arroyo Circle.

I think now’s a good time to point out that a PROPERLY constructed noose consists of thirteen wraps around the noose in a counter-clockwise direction.
Legend and tradition hold that when the body drops the properly made noose will snap the neck like a twig.

Of course, many of those lynchings were about crimes, with or without evidence/proper investigation, while skin color was what many, if not most, of the black lynchings involved. And then there was the “crime” of being an abolitionist; they never talk about the white abolitionists who were lynched either.
This "noose" sh*t is just getting stupid.
Who the hell hangs up a noose? Nobody, apparently.
The rope was left behind by a couple of Hondurans climbing after an eagle, but they will never tell us that.
The hunger of white leftists for blacks to define themselves as victims is even creepier.
Most of these “noose” instances are later found to be just normal uses of rope loops. On construction sites, they are used to lift tools or materials to the upper floors or roof. At race car tracks, the ropes are door pulls. Hanging from trees, they are much like this one enabling a tree trimmer to secure limbs or himself while cutting limbs, or to help a young child climb the tree.
Normally, you do not hear of the result of the investigation, just the initial reporting and protests.
