Donald Trump: I’d have let Putin annex part of Ukraine to end the war
The Telegraph ^ | March 9, 2023 | Nick Allen

Posted on 03/09/2023 10:56:57 PM PST by familyop

The former president told Sean Hannity’s radio show:...Mr Trump added: “That’s without even negotiating a deal. I could have negotiated. At worst, I could have made a deal to take over something, you know, there are certain areas that are Russian speaking areas, right, like, but you could have worked a deal. And now Ukraine is just being blown to smithereens.”

Trump isn’t a Conservative or a Republican...

We know he's the former and not the latter. The question is, what are you?

“The difference here is that this is not 1939.”

One HUGE difference is that Russia isn’t pushing an ideology that claims to represent all the people, as it was during the Cold War, and as Nazi Germany did.

A second difference is that Russia doesn’t need slave labor these days as they have MACHINES that can do far more work, with less hassle. Back then both Germany and Russia needed slaves.

Again, the operatives know all that, they just use 1939 because they have nothing better to base their hatred on.

Biden told reporters Wednesday that “my guess is he will move in. He has to do something,” as he revealed tensions within the U.S.-European alliance about how to handle various scenarios involving Ukraine. “It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do,” he said, adding “there are differences in NATO as to what countries are willing to do depending on what happens.”

“I will look some more...... Cannot find it at this moment.”

Timber sent me a reply, but it was only Biden speaking his usual gibberish. I’d be shocked if the State Department green-lighted anything to the effect that a small incursion might be ok.

I would prefer that:

- the war ends immediately

- Russia removes all of its forces from within Ukraine pre-2008 boundary

- Putin apologies and offers material support to Ukraine reconstruction

- Ukraine *FORGIVES* Putin and Russia

- people in Russia who want a more liberal socialism, move out of Russia and perhaps some to Ukraine

- people in Ukraine who want a more structured, traditional police state socialism (motives to reduce protests), move to Russia

- Russia learns how to develop topsoil rich farmland

- Russian and Ukraine learn how to get along

- Putin realizes that he cannot conquer every neighbor with whom he disagrees

- Biden, Putin, and Zelinsky resolve to accept that the days of being tough man on campus and winning the high school prom king crown, are self-destructing

I wish that people learned and practiced, the respect for each other’s privacy and property.

I wish that I never heard about any billionaire, about whom, I think it would be nice, if they were unknown in public life, but privately, they toured their country and elsewhere, dropping in from out of nowhere it seemed, to write a check that pays for a hospital bill.

Earth is not a spaceship in dire need of being rescued by people who do not shop at Walmart, as they imagine that they can control the earth’s thermostat and the level of the oceans.

Perhaps those guys might build “safe” thorium reactors for generating electricity, and thereby keep themselves occupied.

Back in the fall of 2022, some Russian general stook up against the corruption in Russia and in the Russian government, and in the Russian military, by stating:

The lying has got to stop.

Thanks - Timber posted the same, but it didn’t mention the State Department, just Biden’s usual flubbing.

In any case, Russia never claimed to have any type of permission from the West, so Russia almost certainly ignored the flub.

“Also don’t see anything from the State Department giving Russia the go”

I was wrong on this. Biden saying a “minor incursion” into Ukraine might be OK was said his 2 hour press conference. Biden was tired (my guess) and expressed his true thoughts.

I am sure Putin and his gang paid close attention to Biden’s remarks, and took this as giving them the green light to invade Ukraine.

The Russians want a buffer against European invaders. Ukraine and Moldova and Belarus and Poland are that buffer

“I am sure Putin and his gang paid close attention to Biden’s remarks, and took this as giving them the green light to invade Ukraine.”

Like I said, Russia would have pointed to that statement as their green light, but they didn’t. Russia was quite honest about their invasion - no false flags, no denying it, no blaming it on a Western move, or even a Ukrainian move - they went in, and simply stated that they went in!

Lastly —— Muted is the key word here

Biden’s ‘minor incursion’ comments, prediction of Putin …
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/biden-minor...

President Joe Biden’s prediction that Russia will invade Ukraine and his suggestion that the West’s response could be more muted for a “minor” incursion drew swift criticism from Washington...

That’s fine. And don’t get me wrong, if you guys only mentioned Biden, then yes, I would believe it, I would believe anything that people claim Biden said, considering his condition.

One HUGE difference is that Russia isn’t pushing an ideology that claims to represent all the people, as it was during the Cold War, and as Nazi Germany did.

Uh...actually is does push such an ideology:

Putin approves new foreign policy doctrine based on 'Russian World'

President Vladimir Putin on Monday approved a new foreign policy doctrine based around the concept of a "Russian World", a notion that conservative ideologues have used to justify intervention abroad in support of Russian-speakers.

The 31-page "humanitarian policy", published more than six months into the war in Ukraine, says Russia should "protect, safeguard and advance the traditions and ideals of the Russian World".

How is that any different from Hitler's "Ein Volk" doctrine?

“BTW - I’ll just assume that you didn’t realize that Zelenskyy is Jewish.”

Thousands of Jews worked with and fought for the NAZIs. They were called Judenrats by their German overlords.
Zelensky is just another in a long line of Jews selling their people out. Just like Georgie Soros did.

“in support of Russian-speakers”

That’s the difference. If Hitler had ONLY supported German speakers, WW2 would have been MUCH DIFFERENT. Likewise the same with Stalin’s domination of Eastern Europe.

Well, if the money laundering parts stayed as part of Biden-Romney-Pelosi-ATM-Stan the dems might agree to it as well.
