With the aid of the lying and complicit Media, the authorities were able to push the narrative that Rosanne Boyland died of a drug overdose. Yes, her parents said that she took daily medication to manage her ADDH (or something akin to that), but from the videos you can see that she was smothered by the Capitol induced stampede, and beaten repeatedly with a metal baton be the woman cop.
The drug overdose claim was manufactured crap. I’m surprised they didn’t say that Ashli Babbit died of lead poisoning.
Taking advantage of a mentally ill young man. Very sad and sick. Yet no one seems it protest the cruel treatment of this mentally ill man. It is shameful the way we treat the mentally ill in this country nowadays.
Chansley made a deal. This happens every day in criminal courts across the country. Chansley probably concluded that because the case would be tried before a DC jury the chance of an acquital was quite low. Likewise, depending upon the actual charges, the prosecution may have made it clear that if Chansley went to trial and was convicted, then a much greater sentence would be sought. So, this may be why he pled. But, I am troubled by the tape released by Carlson. In any criminal trial the government has an obligation to provide the defendant with any exculpatory evidence in its possession or control. The tape, showing him being escorted around the Capitol, and the blessing for the police offered by him seem to undercut any criminal intent on Chansley’s part. Why this information was not turned over seems obvious. What if anything will be done now that it is in the open is unclear.
And, we have neocon idiots whining about Russia having political prisoners when there are much more blatant examples of those here being imprisoned for political purposes like this guy.
I don’t think Chansley is mentally capable of making any deals.
Lawyers don’t always look out for their clients’ best interests, sad to say. Billable hours and political schmoozing take precedence in more than a few law firms.

Julie Kelly reports (video) that Roseanne Boyland is the other victim of the Capitol Police They reported her death as a drug overdose, however, they haven’t allowed access to her autopsy report.
