Can someone explain something to me: Why wasn't this available in discovery?

Is this a Brady violation, or did all the defendants have the worst lawyers known to man.

Can a lawyer explain to me why the lawyers for everyone convicted, or who took a plea, not successfully appeal now?

I believe discovery is even necessary if the material is a threat to national security. Isn't that why Daniel Ellsberg never went to prison?

1. It should have been. I suspect there will be lots of appeals from defendants who went to trial, based on this information.

2. Anyone (like Chansley) who pled guilty to any of the charges effectively forfeited their right to access any of this information. See Michael Flynn as a perfect example of a similar situation.
