Donald Trump still doesn't have quite the right insult to hurl at his political foe Ron DeSantis -- but according to a new report, he's got a bright idea ... one that's members only.
Bloomberg put out a story detailing what they say is going on behind the scenes at Mar-a-Lago lately -- especially in terms of DT executing his comeback on the campaign trail ... and trying to deal with the Florida Gov.'s growing popularity among conservatives/Republicans.
One of the ways Trump reportedly plans on taking RDS down -- assuming he announces a presidential bid -- is to make fun of him ... and one of the of nicknames he's apparently been kicking around is "Tiny D," among others he and his allies are workshopping.
We already know about "Ron DeSanctimonious" -- not to mention "Meatball Ron," which was also a name Trump reportedly floated of late.

Not really, but if it makes you feel better to displace your anger in this manner, go right ahead.
Ah, it’s a template.
Hey wise guy, I support Trump 100 % . I don;t there is any one else who can go against the establishment and win.
I want to see him win and the fact his that his schtick is getting old and much of his base see Destanits as the Trump's only heir apparent and do not enjoy digs at Desantis
Furthermore, Trump needs to mature a bit. Almost every disaster of the Trump Presidency was the result of a self inflicted , unforced error on the part of Trump. When it comes to personnel, Trump has a pattern of not just choosing unwisely, but burning a hard core high speed- low drag loyalist in the process. Just ask Bannon, Flynn, Navarro ... the list goes on and on.
I understand that Trump got played in epic fashion, but I think a lot of us want to assured that Trump has learned from his mistakes and that Trump II will not be a replay of the past .
“The avalanche of snowflake triggering has just begun!”
I don’t know. It’s easy, I suppose, to just laugh off people who question the nicknaming shtick as “snowflakes,” and just assume that Trump will steamroll his way back into the White House with an easy win in 2024. But to do so does not acknowledge the reality that winning in 2024 is not going to be easy. The Dems cheat, and Biden and Fetterman established that, through hook or crook, the Dems can win elections no matter how brain-dead or comatose their candidate. It’s not completely obvious to me that the nicknaming shtick is a winning strategy for Trump.
Quite an avalanche of assumptions there about what I think.
Hey, Donald. I’ve got a great nickname for DeSantis: “Worthy Opponent”.
As others here have said, I’m sick and tired of Trump’s demeaning names for his opponents. Quite honestly, I’d almost rather have a brain dead person in the Oval Office (oh, yeah, we have one now) than someone in there who is trying too hard to be the Washington bully.
Not to sound like an anti-Trump person, but give me a reason to vote FOR you, not against the other person (like in 2016 against the Hildebeast).
This is from TMZ - Thirty Mile Zone. Parroting a BLOOMBERG ‘report’ which is not confirmed by anyone. IMO, it’s just more complete BS intended to divide conservatives and keep Trump from winning the primary.
Just what part of this TMZ-expose synopsis of an unsubstantiated BLOOMBERG report do you believe? No tapes, videos - nothing. It’s all intended to sow division in conservative ranks and keep some conservatives from opting for Trump. Petty BS, IMO
Trump’s political brand is built on insults like this. No one is going to be upset. It’s all part of the fun.
I welcome advisories commenting on each others political beliefs and positions. I do not welcome personal attacks that have nothing to do with political beliefs.
President Trump is making a mistake belittling DeSantis with his petulant nicknames for several reasons:
President Trump needs a better approach to managing a DeSantis challenge. His 2016 tactics are out-of-date in 2024. Americans have been through a pandemic, mandatory experimental vaccinations, a war in Ukraine, Chinese spying on our mainland, and an antagonistic Democrat administration that is targeting parents, workers, and religious organizations.
President Trump needs to find ways to embrace the few shining examples of Republican competence this time. I'm positive that DeSantis won't backstab Trump the way Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell did once they didn't need him anymore. DeSantis would be a friend to Trump; Trump needs to reciprocate and make DeSantis an offer he can't refuse to clear the field. Bullying him out won't work.

A mistake like the TITANIC’S CAPTAIN’S DECISIONS. It’s UNNECESSARY and ULTIMATELY, SELF DESTRUCTIVE. President Trump does not have to engage in PETTINESS. The nomination is his!
“DeSantis I don’t think is ready-too young.”
Please look up John F. Kennedy’s age when he was elected.
“This obviously can backfire.”
Name calling does not capture one vote. It does lose votes.
“Trump’s political brand is built on insults like this. No one is going to be upset. It’s all part of the fun.”
Not to DeSantis wife and children.
Oh, brother. Getting all worked up on an unamed source TMZ article. Very reliable source I’m sure. But venting your hatred for Trump is your real objective so who cares if it’s true?
If only people like you were as discerning with people like Mitch McConnell or Paul Ryan.
I keep saying this.
Look who supports Ron.
Look who hates Donald.
The exact same people. Donald Trump has all the right enemies.
If its not on Truth Social. DJT didn’t say it.
That’s kinda where I’m at with all the clickbait Rage memes about Trump. we’re in year 7 of this kinda crap.
