My proposition or rather my frightful suspicion is that my vote, my hope for Trump and MAGA:
What we experienced seemed real but it couldn't live past the cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline on day 1 of the big steal. MAGA was cotton candy, dust in the wind because one man's campaign promise to drain the swamp was not kept. Was this intentional? Look at that picture again. All is vanity.

When a Swampy like Comey gets shown the door in the swamp, there appears to be a swampy ready to take his place..
Is that a reflection on the first time politician or the swamp that spied on him, impeached him, stole an election from him, raided him, lawfaring him?
Some political careers ended when Trump was President..

Those swamp dwellers are some big names. Some you were forced to vote for not too long ago..

More likely that the man that meant every word of it didn’t realize how deep the opposition to him would be. Underestimated the depth of corruption.
Trump knew it existed. He made that clear at his rallies in 2015. But, it’s evident he seriously underestimated just how deep the corruption of the US Gov’t was and to what lengths they would go to maintain their power.
Trump, after he won thought he could bridge the political gap. He was wrong.
